YOUR TASK

Your transition task is to design a detailed four week training plan that will improve the important components of fitness linked to your chosen sport.

 

You are to explain your choice of activities for your training programme stating how this will lead to an improvement in your performance.

To design an information leaflet for the NHS that explains the benefit of sport and physical activity on physical, social and emotional health. Research the government recommendations of physical activity levels for children, teenagers and adults.  Add in a section on changes people can make to improve their lifestyle.
